Open the Phone app
Tap the three-dot menu or More
Select Settings
Tap Emergency settings or Emergency information
Choose Emergency contacts
Add the contact you want
Save the changes
Open Settings
Tap Safety & emergency or Security & emergency
Select Emergency information
Enter your emergency details
Save the information
On the lock screen, tap Emergency
Tap Emergency information to verify it is set
Test that the emergency contact is visible on the device
