Open Google Chrome
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click On startup
Choose Open a specific page or set of pages
Click Add a new page
Enter the URL of the page you want to set as the start page
Click Add
Close Settings
Restart Chrome to use the new start page
