Unbox the Govee AI Sync Box 2 and check that all included cables and accessories are present
Turn off your TV and unplug it from power
Connect the HDMI source device to the HDMI IN port on the Sync Box 2
Connect the HDMI OUT port on the Sync Box 2 to your TV’s HDMI input
Connect the Sync Box 2 power adapter and plug it into a wall outlet
Turn on the TV and the connected HDMI source device
Download and open the Govee Home app on your phone
Sign in or create a Govee account
Turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone
In the app, tap the add device option and select the AI Sync Box 2
Follow the app prompts to pair the Sync Box 2 with your Wi-Fi network
Complete the device setup in the app
Select the correct HDMI input on your TV
Make sure the source device is set to output video through the Sync Box 2
Open the Govee Home app and run any calibration or screen-matching setup if prompted
Adjust brightness, color, and sync settings in the app
Test the setup by playing content from the source device
If there is no signal, recheck HDMI connections and input selection
If needed, update the firmware through the Govee Home app
