Sign in to your Dropbox account
Open the folder you want to share
Click Share
Enter the email address, name, or group of the person you want to invite
Choose the permission level
Add an optional message
Click Share or Send
To create a shareable link, click Copy link
Send the link to the people you want to access the folder
To manage access, open the folder’s sharing settings
Add or remove people as needed
Change permissions if necessary
