Open File Explorer
Click the View menu
Select Show
Click Hidden items
To show protected system files, open File Explorer Options
Go to the View tab
Uncheck Hide protected operating system files
Click Apply
Click OK
You can also use Settings
Open Settings
Go to Privacy & security
Open For developers or related file settings if available
Turn on options to show hidden files if present
Use the keyboard shortcut Alt + V
Press H to toggle hidden items in File Explorer
