Open Waze
Tap My Waze
Tap Settings
Tap General
Tap Voice and sound
Turn off sounds if needed
Close the app to stop using Waze
On iPhone, swipe up and close Waze from the app switcher
On Android, open Recent Apps and swipe Waze away
To stop navigation, tap End or Stop on the route screen
To prevent background use, disable Waze location access in device settings
