Open the PDF on your device

If prompted, create or select a signature
Select where the signature should go
Place the signature on the document
Add any required initials or date fields
Review the signed PDF to confirm everything looks correct
Save the signed PDF (or “Save As” to keep a copy of the original)
If signing with a certificate or e-signature provider, follow the prompts to authenticate and confirm signing
Download the final signed PDF after the signing step completes
