Open the Gmail app
Tap your profile picture in the top right
Tap Manage accounts on this device
Select the Google account you want to remove
Tap Remove account
Confirm by tapping Remove account again
On iPhone, you can also remove the account from the Gmail app by going to Settings in the app, selecting the account, and removing it
On Android, removing the Google account from the device signs you out of Gmail on that phone
