Press Alt + PrtScn to capture the active window
Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool on Windows
Press Windows key + PrtScn to save a full-screen screenshot automatically on Windows
Open Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch and select the capture mode
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 3 to capture the full screen
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 4 to capture a selected area
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 5 to open screenshot options
Paste the screenshot into an app with Ctrl + V or Command + V if copied to clipboard
Save the screenshot from the capture tool if prompted
