Open Facebook and log in
Go to the person’s profile or find one of their posts in your Feed
Tap the three dots menu
Select Snooze for 30 days
Confirm if prompted
To snooze a Page, open the Page, tap the three dots, and choose Snooze
To undo snooze early, go to Settings and privacy
Open Feed preferences
Select Snooze
Find the person or Page and choose End Snooze
