Open Gmail
In the search bar, type `from:sender@example.com`
Press Enter to show emails from that sender
To sort by sender across multiple emails, search `from:` followed by the sender’s name or email
Use Gmail filters to automatically label messages from a sender
Click the search options icon in the search bar for advanced sender search
Enter the sender’s email address in the From field
Click Search
To group emails by sender, search for a sender name or email and review the results
Save the search as a filter if you want to reuse it later
