Gather 4 soul sand or soul soil
Gather 3 wither skeleton skulls
Place 3 soul sand or soul soil in a T shape
Place 1 soul sand or soul soil on top of the center block
Place the 3 wither skeleton skulls on the top row of the T
Make sure the area is clear before placing the final skull
The Wither will spawn immediately after the last skull is placed
