Import your clip into the Media Pool
Add the clip to the timeline
Select the clip in the timeline
Open the Inspector
Go to the Video tab
Find the Stabilization section
Choose a stabilization mode
Click Stabilize
Wait for the analysis to finish
Adjust Strength if needed
Adjust Smooth if needed
Adjust Cropping Ratio if needed
Adjust Camera Lock if needed
Re-stabilize after changing settings
Use Perspective for strong camera movement
Use Similarity for moderate movement
Use Translation for simple shake reduction
Disable stabilization if the result looks unnatural
Trim or crop the clip if edge movement appears
Apply stabilization before final color grading if possible
