Check that your Jio SIM is active and 5G-enabled
Use a 5G-compatible smartphone
Go to your phone’s Mobile Network or SIM settings
Select your Jio SIM
Turn on 5G or enable Preferred Network Type
Choose 5G/4G/3G/2G Auto or 5G Auto
Make sure mobile data is turned on
Stay in a Jio True 5G coverage area
Update your phone software if 5G is not showing
Restart your phone after changing network settings
Replace an old SIM with a new 4G/5G SIM if needed
Contact Jio support if 5G still does not activate
