Log in to HDFC NetBanking or the HDFC MobileBanking app
Go to the BillPay/Autopay or Standing Instructions section
Select the autopay mandate you want to stop
Choose Cancel, Delete, or Deactivate
Confirm the cancellation with OTP or transaction password
Check for a confirmation message or email
If needed, call HDFC customer care and request autopay cancellation
Visit an HDFC branch with your account details and request cancellation
If the autopay is linked to a credit card, cancel it through the card services section
Verify that no further debit occurs after cancellation
