Seek immediate emergency medical care

Use a pad to monitor bleeding
Save any passed tissue or clots for medical evaluation
Track the amount, color, and timing of the bleeding
Go to the hospital immediately if bleeding is heavy, bright red, or with pain, dizziness, or fainting
