Open Settings
Tap Notifications
Scroll to the bottom
Turn off Emergency Alerts
Turn off Government Alerts if available
Turn off AMBER Alerts if you want to disable those too
If you do not see these options, check Settings
Tap Notifications
Look for Wireless Emergency Alerts or similar carrier settings
Contact your carrier if the alert settings are not available on your iPhone
