Turn off Assistant-related shortcuts if enabled
Check your headphones, earbuds, or Bluetooth device settings
Disable any assistant button or gesture shortcuts
Restart your phone
Update the Google app and Android system
Uninstall Google app updates if the issue continues
Factory reset only if nothing else works
