Open IntelliJ IDEA
Go to Settings or Preferences
Select Editor
Select General
Open Notifications
Disable or adjust the popup notification settings
Go to Appearance & Behavior
Select Notifications
Find the IDE flash or balloon notification group
Set the notification type to none or silent
Disable system notifications for IntelliJ IDEA in your operating system settings
Restart IntelliJ IDEA if needed
