Open the Facebook app or website
Go to Settings & privacy
Select Settings
Tap Notifications
Turn off the notification types you do not want
Adjust Push notifications
Adjust Email notifications
Adjust SMS notifications
Turn off notifications for specific posts, groups, pages, or people
On a post, tap the three dots and choose Turn off notifications for this post
On a group or page, open notification settings and select Off
On your phone, disable Facebook notifications in device settings if needed
