Open the Smart app
Go to your account or profile settings
Find notifications or promos settings
Turn off promotional messages or marketing alerts
Unsubscribe from SMS promos by replying STOP to promo texts
Unsubscribe from email promos using the unsubscribe link in the email
Contact Smart customer support and request promo opt-out
Check if there is a Do Not Disturb or privacy setting in your account
Remove app notification permissions for promotional alerts if needed
Restart the app or phone after changing settings
