Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter the Screen Time passcode
Turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions
If needed, tap Turn Off Screen Time
Enter the Screen Time passcode again
If restrictions are managed by Family Sharing, ask the organizer to change them
If restrictions are from a school or work profile, remove the management profile in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
If you forgot the Screen Time passcode, use Apple ID recovery if available
If you cannot remove restrictions, contact Apple Support
