How To Stop Spam Calls?

Register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry (where applicable)

Enable carrier spam call blocking (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.)

Turn on “Caller ID & Spam Protection” in your phone’s settings

Use the Phone app’s built-in spam filtering features

Block individual numbers after each unwanted call

Report spam calls to your carrier and to the appropriate regulator/authority

Use a reputable call-blocking app from a trusted provider

Set your phone to silence unknown callers (where available)

Disable voicemail for unknown callers or enable “screening” features if offered

Avoid sharing your number on untrusted sites and forms

Use a secondary number for online sign-ups and promotions

If you answer, don’t engage; hang up immediately

For repeat offenders, submit their numbers to your carrier’s spam reporting tools
