Tap Automatic Updates
Turn off Download iOS Updates
Turn off Install iOS Updates
Go to Settings
Tap App Store
Turn off App Updates
Go to Settings
Tap your Apple ID name
Tap iCloud
Turn off iCloud Backup if needed
Keep enough free storage to avoid forced update prompts
Do not tap Update Now when prompted
Ignore update notifications until you choose to update manually
