Trim the stems slightly
Remove any yellow or wilted leaves
Rinse the cilantro gently
Pat it completely dry
Wrap the cilantro loosely in a paper towel
Place it in a resealable plastic bag or airtight container
Store it in the crisper drawer of the fridge
Replace the paper towel if it becomes damp
Keep it away from excess moisture
Use within 1 to 2 weeks
