How to Stretch Ankles?

Sit with one leg extended and gently point your toes forward, then pull them back toward your shin

Rotate your ankles slowly in circles in both directions

Trace the alphabet in the air with your foot

Use a towel or band around the ball of your foot and gently pull your toes toward you

Stand facing a wall and lean forward with one foot behind you to stretch the ankle and calf

Place the ball of your foot on a step and slowly lower your heel below the step

Kneel with the tops of your feet on the floor and gently sit back to stretch the ankles

Rock forward and backward from heel to toe while standing

Flex and point your feet repeatedly while seated

Hold each stretch for a few seconds and repeat on both ankles
