How to Stretch Jeans Waist?

Wear the jeans and do squats, lunges, and bends for 10 to 15 minutes

Pull the waistband outward by hand while the jeans are warm

Spray the waistband with lukewarm water until slightly damp

Put the damp jeans on and move around until they dry

Lay the jeans flat and stretch the waistband with both hands

Insert a waistband stretcher or a sturdy chair back into the waist overnight

Use a steam iron on the waistband while gently pulling it wider

Soak only the waistband in warm water, then stretch it while damp

Repeat the stretching process several times if needed

Avoid using high heat that can shrink the denim again
