Lift the dough and let gravity help stretch it
Rotate the dough as you stretch to keep it even
Use the backs of your hands to gently widen it
Avoid tearing by stretching slowly and evenly
If the dough springs back, let it rest a few minutes and try again
Stop when the dough reaches the desired size and thickness
