Open the Instagram app
Go to your profile
Tap your username at the top
Select the account you want to switch to
If the account is not listed, tap Add account and log in
To switch faster next time, stay logged in to both accounts
On desktop, click your profile picture and choose the account if available
If needed, log out and sign in with the other account
