Wash your hands
Open the can
Take one pouch
Place it between your upper lip and gum
Keep it in place without chewing or swallowing it
Leave it there for the time listed on the package or as directed by the product
Remove the pouch when finished
Dispose of it in a trash bin or the can’s lid compartment if available
Do not use more than directed on the package
Keep it away from children and pets
