Unplug the keyboard or turn it off
Use a keycap puller if available
Hook the puller under opposite sides of the keycap
Pull straight up gently
Wiggle slightly if the keycap is stuck
Avoid twisting or forcing the keycap
Remove larger keys carefully because they may have stabilizers
Keep the keycaps organized as you remove them
Place the keycaps back by aligning them with the switch and pressing down evenly
