Start playing the title on Netflix
Open the audio and subtitles menu
Select Off under subtitles
If Off is not available, choose a different subtitle language or check the title’s subtitle settings
On TV, use the remote to open playback options and turn subtitles off
On mobile or tablet, tap the screen, open Audio & Subtitles, and select Off
On computer, move the cursor over the player, click Audio & Subtitles, and select Off
If subtitles keep appearing, check your Netflix profile playback settings and update subtitle preferences
