Dry the surface again
Use a clay bar if the spots remain
Apply a polish to remove any etched marks
Finish with wax or paint sealant to protect the paint
For stubborn spots on glass, use a glass cleaner or specialty glass polish
Avoid using abrasive pads or harsh scrubbing
Park in shade and dry the car after washing to prevent new spots
