Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select an area
Press Windows + PrtScn to save a full-screen screenshot automatically
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to capture a custom screenshot
Open Snip & Sketch or Snipping Tool and choose a capture mode
Press Fn + PrtScn on some keyboards if PrtScn is shared with another key
Paste the copied screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
