You cannot tame Allays in vanilla Minecraft
Allays are already friendly to players
Give an Allay an item to make it follow you
Use a lead to move an Allay
Keep an Allay near note blocks if you want it to drop items there
Use fences, boats, or minecarts to contain an Allay
In Bedrock and Java, Allays still cannot be permanently tamed like wolves or cats
