Find a Nautilus in the ocean
Hold Tropical Fish in your hand
Right-click or use the interact button on the Nautilus with Tropical Fish
Repeat feeding until hearts appear
Wait for the Nautilus to become tamed
Use a Saddle if the mod or version requires one for riding
Mount the tamed Nautilus to control it
