How to Tell What GPU I Have?

Windows: Open Task Manager > Performance > GPU

Windows: Open Device Manager > Display adapters

Windows: Press Win + R, type dxdiag, open Display tab

Windows: Open Settings > System > Display > Advanced display

Windows: Use Command Prompt and run wmic path win32_VideoController get name

macOS: Click Apple menu > About This Mac > More Info > System Report > Graphics/Displays

Linux: Run lspci | grep -i vga

Linux: Run lshw -C display

Linux: Run nvidia-smi for NVIDIA GPUs

Steam: Open Steam > Help > System Information

Check the GPU label in your computer’s specifications or receipt

Check the GPU model in your laptop or desktop manufacturer’s support page
