Use Find My on another Apple device or at iCloud.com/find
Sign in with your Apple ID
Select your iPhone from the devices list
View its current or last known location on the map
Turn on Lost Mode
Add a phone number and message for anyone who finds it
Keep checking the location updates in Find My
Play a sound if the iPhone is nearby
Mark the device as lost if prompted
Do not try to recover it yourself if the location is unsafe
Report the theft to local law enforcement
Provide the iPhone serial number or IMEI to the police
Contact your carrier to suspend service
Ask your carrier to blacklist the device
Change your Apple ID password
Change passwords for email, banking, and other important accounts
Remove the stolen iPhone from trusted devices only after you no longer need tracking
Erase the iPhone remotely if necessary through Find My
