How To Transfer Microsoft Survey Form To Another Account?

Microsoft Forms cannot be directly transferred to another account

Share the form as a collaborator if you want another account to manage it

Open the form

Select Share

Choose Share to collaborate

Copy the collaboration link

Open the collaboration link

Save a copy of the form if needed

Recreate the form manually in the other account if ownership transfer is required

Export responses before moving to another account

Download response data to Excel

Rebuild any quizzes, branching, or settings in the new account

Delete the original form only after confirming the new one works
