Install iCloud for Windows on your PC
Sign in with your Apple ID
Turn on Photos in iCloud for Windows
Download the videos to your PC
Use AirDrop alternatives or cloud storage
Upload videos to Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox from your iPhone
Download the videos on your PC from the same cloud account
