Open Settings
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
Tap Cellular Data Options or Mobile Network
Tap Voice & Data or Preferred Network Type
Select LTE, 4G, or 3G instead of 5G
On iPhone, turn off 5G Auto or 5G On by choosing LTE
On Android, choose LTE/4G only or disable 5G if available
