Press Ctrl + Alt + Z to toggle ChromeVox off

Open Settings

Select Accessibility

Select Text-to-speech or Screen reader

Turn off ChromeVox

If needed, press Search + Alt + S

Select Accessibility

Turn off Select-to-speak or other narration features
