Open the Quick Settings or Control Center
Tap the flashlight icon to turn it off
If the flashlight is on from the lock screen, tap the flashlight icon there
If needed, ask your voice assistant to turn off the flashlight
If the light is from an app, close the app or change its light setting
If the screen brightness is too high, lower the brightness in Settings or Quick Settings
