Open the Phone app
Tap Recent or Call settings
Open Caller ID or Show My Caller ID
Turn off the toggle
On iPhone, go to Settings
Tap Phone
Tap Show My Caller ID
Turn off Show My Caller ID
On Android, open the Phone app
Tap the three-dot menu
Tap Settings
Tap Calls or Calling accounts
Tap Additional settings
Tap Caller ID
Select Hide number or Network default
Contact your carrier if the option is unavailable
Dial *82 before the number to show your caller ID for a single call
Dial #31# before the number in some countries to hide caller ID for a single call
