Make sure the dishwasher is plugged in and the circuit breaker is on
Open the dishwasher door
Load dishes and add detergent if needed
Close the detergent compartment
Close the dishwasher door firmly
Press the Power or On/Off button
Select the desired wash cycle
Press Start or Start/Reset
Wait for the cycle to begin
If the dishwasher has a delay start, cancel or adjust it if needed
