Open the Settings app
Tap Notifications
Scroll to the bottom
Turn on Government Alerts
Turn on Emergency Alerts if available
Turn on AMBER Alerts if desired
Make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus is not blocking alerts
Keep Cellular Data and Wi-Fi enabled for best alert delivery
