Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings
Tap the Flashlight or Torch icon
If you do not see it, swipe again to expand Quick Settings
If it is still missing, tap Edit or the pencil icon and add Flashlight
You can also say, “Hey Google, turn on the flashlight”
To turn it off, tap the Flashlight icon again
