Put AirPods in your ears and connect them to your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Open Control Center
Press and hold the volume slider
Tap Noise Control
Select Noise Cancellation
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings
Tap Bluetooth
Tap the info button next to your AirPods
Under Noise Control, select Noise Cancellation
On Mac, click Control Center in the menu bar
Click Sound
Select Noise Cancellation
If you have AirPods Pro or AirPods Max, use the force sensor or noise control button to switch to Noise Cancellation
If needed, set press and hold or long press to Noise Control in Bluetooth settings
