Close Horizon Link and any related background processes
Open the Start menu and go to Settings
Select Apps
Find Horizon Link in the installed apps list
Click Horizon Link
Select Uninstall
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete removal
Restart your computer if prompted
Delete any remaining Horizon Link folders if needed
Remove any leftover shortcuts from the desktop or Start menu
