Quit the app if it is open
Open Finder
Go to the Applications folder
Drag the app to the Trash
Empty the Trash
Open Launchpad
Click and hold the app icon until it jiggles
Click the X button if it appears
Use the app’s built-in uninstaller if it has one
Check the app’s website for an uninstall tool if needed
Remove leftover files from Library folders if necessary
Restart your Mac if prompted
